Utilizing the circulation design of the 'Kansai Gin Rally,' which featured 110 participating venues across four Kansai areas, andground LLC (Uda City, Nara Prefecture) will hold a free exploration event titled 'Murou: Tour by Scent' in the Murou area of Uda City, Nara Prefecture, for 11 days from June 18 (Thu) to June 28 (Sun), 2026.

### An Experience of Exploring Murou

The Murou area is home to spots where history and nature harmonize, such as Murou-ji Temple, Ryuchin Shrine, Murou Art Forest, and Ryuo-ga-fuchi. Previously, these locations faced challenges in visibility for tourist routes. This event utilizes a Google Map published on Instagram to allow visitors to freely explore cafes, art spots, and historical sites, offering a circulation-type experience that allows participants to experience the land itself.

### Applying Insights from the Kansai Gin Rally

This project applies the 'Circulation × SNS × Creating Atmosphere' mechanism cultivated through the Kansai Gin Rally, which was held across the Kansai region. The concept has been expanded from exploring bars and restaurants in cities to exploring the land itself.

### Simultaneous Event: Uda Gin Gallery 'GIN IN PROGRESS'

In conjunction with the event, the Uda Gin Gallery 'GIN IN PROGRESS' will also be held. Using the 'Murou Art House,' which was previously popular as a photography cafe and gallery, as the venue, it will exhibit records of the Kansai Gin Rally, gin and spice pairings, and local plants and landscapes. This is the first step toward building a base for the 'Uda Distillery' project, aiming to share the process of distillery construction with the local community.

### Representative Comment: From Culture to Distillery

The representative of andground LLC states, 'Rather than waiting for culture and tourism to be born after building a distillery, we want to first foster a "culture of exploration" through scent and plants, and then build a distillery. This Uda Gin Gallery is a trial to create an open space in Murou, fostering regional collaboration.'
