ANDPAD Introduces Automatic Insurance Certificate Integration with Japan Housing Inspection & Guarantee Corporation as Third Phase of System Collaboration

ANDPAD Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takeo Inada; hereinafter "ANDPAD"), operator of the cloud-based construction project management service "ANDPAD," and Japan Housing Inspection & Guarantee Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoki Sumi; hereinafter "JIO"), provider of housing defect insurance, will begin offering an automatic insurance certificate integration feature as the third phase of their collaborative system enhancements, aimed at improving productivity in the housing industry.

Background

Since 2023, ANDPAD and JIO have collaborated※1 on operations related to the Housing Defect Liability Insurance system and associated inspections, designed to protect homebuyers’ interests. The partnership has focused on streamlining workflows through system integration, including eliminating duplicate data entry, sharing inspection schedules among stakeholders, and linking inspection reports. This time, by implementing data integration for insurance certificates—documents that verify insurance contracts—the workload for on-site personnel who previously had to switch between both systems will be further reduced.

Purpose and Integration Details

To improve on-site staff efficiency, the following integration capability is being added to the existing features※2:

Integration of Insurance Certificates into "ANDPAD" Insurance certificates issued through the "JIO Web System"※3 will be automatically saved to the corresponding project in ANDPAD. This enables real-time verification of insurance certificates and instant information sharing with relevant parties via ANDPAD.

※3 Only web-based insurance certificates are supported (paper certificates are not included); insurance endorsement certificates are excluded

This feature is available to companies using both "ANDPAD" and the "JIO Web System." Users already connected between the two systems can use the new functionality without additional procedures.
