Sapporo City and Anniversary Concier Co., Ltd. have signed a partnership agreement aimed at revitalizing neighborhood associations and community associations.

Anniversary Concier Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture; President and CEO: Motoyuki Fukushima) is pleased to announce that on July 3, 2026, it signed a "Partnership Agreement on Revitalizing Neighborhood Associations and Community Associations Utilizing Digital Tools, etc." with Sapporo City (Mayor: Katsuhiro Akimoto).

This agreement aims to revitalize community activities and improve operational efficiency by effectively utilizing the human and material resources and digital tools possessed by Sapporo City and our company, through support for neighborhood and community associations within the city, thereby realizing sustainable neighborhood association management.

Under this agreement, Sapporo City and our company will collaborate to provide support through the utilization of digital tools, etc., to address the challenges faced by neighborhood and community associations in Sapporo City regarding workload, information sharing, and digital utilization.

The main areas of cooperation are as follows:

Reducing the workload of neighborhood associations by utilizing digital tools, etc.

Promoting the adoption and utilization of digital tools, etc., by neighborhood associations

Providing consultation and individualized support for neighborhood associations regarding digital tools, etc.

Other initiatives that contribute to the objectives of this agreement, as agreed upon by Sapporo City and our company.

"Dejimachi Neighborhood Association LINE" is a service that supports information sharing and operational tasks for neighborhood and community associations via LINE.

"Dejimachi Neighborhood Association LINE," provided by our company, is a service that utilizes LINE to support information sharing and operational tasks for neighborhood and community associations.

Digital Circular Notices

Instead of paper circular notices, announcements from neighborhood and community associations can be shared on LINE. This leads to faster information dissemination and reduced burden on officers and group leaders.

Calendar Function

Schedules for neighborhood association events and community events can be viewed on LINE, supporting communication to residents and encouraging participation.

Cashless Collection

Digitalizing the collection of neighborhood association fees and other dues aims to reduce the burden associated with cash management and collection tasks.

Dejimachi Disaster Prevention LINE

In addition to daily neighborhood association activities, it can also be used for disaster prevention, such as searching for evacuation sites and reporting safety status during emergencies.

"Dejimachi Neighborhood Association LINE" has obtained Phase Free certification as a service that connects normal neighborhood association operations with disaster response.

Phase Free is a concept of designing everyday items and services so they can be used as-is during disasters.

"Dejimachi Neighborhood Association LINE" has been recognized for its ability to support normal neighborhood association operations and its potential to be utilized for community information sharing and mutual assistance during disasters, earning it third-party Phase Free certification.

The certification review primarily evaluated the following points:

Simultaneously achieving improved convenience for residents and reduced burden for officers by consolidating normal neighborhood association operations into LINE.

The foundation for information sharing and community participation during normal times can be directly utilized for emergency response, such as safety confirmation, evacuation information sharing, and evacuation center reception.

That the community connections built through normal neighborhood association activities can lead to mutual assistance during emergencies, making it a "Phase Free Community Management Model" with expectations for future widespread adoption.

◆Agreement Period

The agreement period is from July 3, 2026, to March 31, 2027. If neither Sapporo City nor our company makes a specific request one month prior to the expiration of the period, the agreement will be automatically renewed for one year.

◆Future Development

Based on this agreement, our company will collaborate with Sapporo City to support the promotion and utilization of digital tools in neighborhood and community associations within the city.

"Dejimachi Neighborhood Association LINE" is advancing the utilization of functions that digitize the submission, collection, and aggregation of proxy votes required for general meetings of community and neighborhood associations, in addition to supporting disaster prevention such as sharing circular notices and event schedules, collecting fees, searching for evacuation sites, and reporting safety status.

This aims to reduce the burden on officers associated with distributing, collecting, and aggregating proxy votes on paper, while also creating an environment where residents can easily submit proxy votes via LINE.

We will continue to support digital utilization tailored to local conditions through consultations and individualized support for neighborhood and community associations in Sapporo City, contributing to the realization of sustainable neighborhood and community association management.
