Digital Circular Notices

Instead of paper circular notices, announcements from neighborhood and community associations can be shared on LINE. This leads to faster information dissemination and reduced burden on officers and group leaders.

◆Agreement Period

The agreement period is from July 3, 2026, to March 31, 2027. If neither Sapporo City nor our company makes a specific request one month prior to the expiration of the period, the agreement will be automatically renewed for one year.

Based on this agreement, our company will collaborate with Sapporo City to support the promotion and utilization of digital tools in neighborhood and community associations within the city.

"Dejimachi Neighborhood Association LINE" is advancing the utilization of functions that digitize the submission, collection, and aggregation of proxy votes required for general meetings of community and neighborhood associations, in addition to supporting disaster prevention such as sharing circular notices and event schedules, collecting fees, searching for evacuation sites, and reporting safety status.

This aims to reduce the burden on officers associated with distributing, collecting, and aggregating proxy votes on paper, while also creating an environment where residents can easily submit proxy votes via LINE.

We will continue to support digital utilization tailored to local conditions through consultations and individualized support for neighborhood and community associations in Sapporo City, contributing to the realization of sustainable neighborhood and community association management.
