Since its founding in May 2019, Another works has promoted side-job working styles across Japan as an essential social practice, allowing individuals to pursue multiple roles for income, skill development, and self-realization. Its flagship platform, 'Fukugyo Cloud,' had surpassed 100,000 registered talents, 2,500 total corporate adoptions, and 250 municipal adoptions as of June 2026.
