Background of Appointment Since its founding in May 2019, Another works has promoted the concept of 'Fukugyo' (side-hustles) as an essential working style where individuals can have multiple locations for professional engagement, achieving goals such as financial rewards, skill acquisition, career growth, and self-realization.
