Antway Co., Ltd., which operates the home-cooked meal subscription service 'Tsukurio', conducted a survey on 2,000 men and women regarding housework. The results revealed that women spend an average of 716 hours per year on housework, roughly twice as much as men. Cooking was identified as the most burdensome chore, with 'planning daily menus' being the top source of stress. Over 90% of respondents reported feeling stressed by 'hidden chores,' highlighting the need to address these invisible burdens.
