Anyplace Japan Inc. has announced a partnership with Daito Kentaku Co., Ltd., which boasts the largest number of managed rental units in Japan, to develop remote-work-specialized housing.

This partnership marks the first concrete social implementation project selected under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "CVC and SME/Startup Matching Support Program."

The first phase of the collaboration has begun with properties in Minato Ward, Tokyo, managed by Invalance Co., Ltd., a Daito Kentaku group company.

Background of the Partnership With the spread of remote work and the introduction of the digital nomad visa, demand from international business professionals staying in Japan for the medium-to-long term is rising. However, there has been a shortage of housing that provides both flexible, medium-term contracts and an immediate workspace environment.

Collaboration Details By combining Daito Kentaku's rental assets with Anyplace's know-how in workspace design and operation, the following initiatives will be launched: - Provision of housing equipped with professional-grade workspaces. - Optimization for international business professionals and digital nomads. - Establishment of environments ready for work from the day of move-in.

Future Outlook Anyplace intends to leverage Daito Kentaku's nationwide rental assets to accelerate its expansion in the Japanese market by expanding eligible properties and enhancing operational quality.
