Green Medical Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Miki Okamoto) has commenced continuous donations (monthly support) to three international support organizations, including "Save the Children" and "Doctors Without Borders," as part of its CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities starting from January 2026. This initiative aims to deliver the spirit of "supporting medical care," cultivated through its primary business of medical equipment reuse, to the front lines worldwide in the form of donations.

[Background: Another Way to Support the Medical Field]

Since its establishment 25 years ago, our company has strived to improve medical environments both domestically and internationally through the reconditioning and distribution of used medical equipment. Through daily engagement with many medical settings, we keenly feel the reality that "medical care cannot be sustained by equipment alone."

While we can deliver medical equipment, we cannot directly hold scalpels on site or nurse sick children. Therefore, we believe that providing financial support through donations, acting as a "force supporting from behind" for those working on the front lines of life, is another responsibility we must fulfill, leading to this decision.

[Overview of Support: A "Cycle of Support" Crossing Borders]

Starting from January 2026, we will provide continuous donations (monthly support) of 10,000 yen each month to the following three organizations:

◇ Public Interest Incorporated Association Save the Children Japan

An international non-governmental, non-profit organization specializing in child support, operating in approximately 110 countries worldwide, including Japan.

◇ Specified Nonprofit Corporation Doctors Without Borders Japan

A private, non-profit medical and humanitarian aid organization. It delivers independent, neutral, and impartial emergency medical aid to people in crisis in conflict zones, natural disaster-affected areas, and impoverished regions.

◇ One other international support organization

Combining "medical equipment support" that reaches across oceans with "donation-based support" for people on the front lines, we aim to realize a "cycle of support" with greater breadth and depth.

For 25 years since our founding, we have observed countless medical settings through the reuse of used medical equipment. Beyond each piece of equipment handled by our hands, there is "life" that people on site are desperately trying to connect every day.

As stated on our corporate website, our wish is to "save as many lives as possible." We have continuously strived for this, but there are realities that cannot be reached by merely delivering equipment.

We cannot directly hold scalpels. However, we can support those fighting on the front lines. This donation is a resolve akin to our prayer.
