The limited-time event features fresh seafood sourced directly from fishermen in Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, alongside local specialties like 'Shimanto Pork' and 'Tosa Taka' eggplants. Signature dishes include straw-roasted bonito and various vegetable-seafood pairings. To complement the food, the fair offers selected local Kochi sake such as 'Tosa Shiragiku' and 'Tsukasa Botan'.
