Karayama to Launch New 'Dashi Curry Tsuke-Kara' Set Meal for a Limited Time Starting May 22

Everaction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Arcland Service Holdings Co., Ltd., announced that it will begin selling the 'Dashi Curry Tsuke-Kara Teishoku' (Dashi Curry Dipping Fried Chicken Set Meal) for a limited time at its Karayama fried chicken specialty stores in Japan, starting Friday, May 22, 2026.

The new product introduces a 'tsuke-kara' or 'dipping fried chicken' style, where crispy fried chicken is dipped into a special curry sauce enriched with the umami of dashi (Japanese soup stock). The dish is characterized by the aroma of Japanese broth and the richness of spices, served as a hearty portion with a side of Karayama's popular french fries.

This limited-time menu is also available for takeout, offered as the 'Dashi Curry Tsuke-Kara Bento.' This allows customers to enjoy the specialty restaurant's taste at home, at the office, or in various other settings.

Karayama is a fried chicken set meal specialty restaurant that opened its first store in December 2014. The chain was developed in collaboration with the tonkatsu specialty store 'Katsuya' and features its signature 'Karitto Momo' fried chicken, which is marinated in a secret sauce that uses no garlic or ginger.
