Filled Table Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Arcland Service Holdings Co., Ltd., has announced the rollout of early summer seasonal menu items at all 'Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti' branches starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

The lineup features two distinct dishes: the perennial seasonal favorite 'Cold Dashi Tarako Spaghetti' and the new 'Salt-Koji Marinated Tuna Cold Spaghetti with Mentai Tororo.' Both dishes utilize a specially developed flat fresh pasta designed to maintain a perfect chewy texture even when served cold. The pasta is crafted using rare domestic hard wheat, ensuring a rich aroma and satisfying mouthfeel.

Menu Details: - Cold Dashi Tarako Spaghetti: 1,200 yen (1,320 yen incl. tax) A seasonal staple where the rich flavor of tarako (pollock roe) gradually dissolves into a sharp, chilled dashi broth. - Salt-Koji Marinated Tuna Cold Spaghetti with Mentai Tororo: 1,400 yen (1,540 yen incl. tax) A new creation that layers the gentle umami of salt-koji marinated tuna with a light topping of spicy mentaiko-infused tororo (grated yam).

Participating Locations: The menu will be available at all five branches: Kichijoji, Yokohama, Minami-Ikebukuro, Harajuku Omotesando, and Shibuya. These stores offer bright, clean environments designed to be welcoming for solo female diners.

Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti continues to redefine the traditional Japanese spaghetti experience through its 'evolved' specialty recipes and unique presentation styles.
