Tonjiru x Mapo: Gotchton Launches 'Genmai Miso Mapo Tonjiru Set' for a Limited Time!

Fild Table Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a subsidiary of Arcland Service Holdings Co., Ltd., will begin selling the limited-time 'Genmai Miso Mapo Tonjiru Set' at its Tonjiru specialty restaurant, 'Gotchton,' starting Wednesday, May 27, 2026.

The 'Genmai Miso Mapo Tonjiru Set' is a Mapo-style pork soup that layers the fragrant richness of brown rice (genmai) miso with the numbing heat of Sichuan pepper and deep savory flavors. The dish features large chunks of tender eggplant, providing a satisfying texture. By mixing the Mapo elements with the base soup rich in pork and vegetable umami, customers can enjoy a multi-layered gourmet experience. The set is priced at 1,030 yen (1,133 yen including tax).

Additionally, new summer grand menu items, 'White Miso Lemon Soy Milk Tonjiru Set' (1,089 yen incl. tax) and 'Barley Miso Cold Tonjiru Set' (1,089 yen incl. tax), will be introduced. This lineup is designed to stimulate the appetite during the upcoming warmer season.

The menu will be available at seven locations: Shibuya Shin-Minamiguchi, Yoyogi Main Store, Yokohama JOINUS, Whity Umeda, OOTEMORI, Ikebukuro West Exit, and Lalaport TOKYO-BAY.
