"Toriten," which many customers have continuously requested to be "always on the menu," is now a regular menu item. Combining the marinating techniques cultivated as a karaage specialty store with a proprietary blend of tempura flour, it achieves a crispy yet juicy finish.

For the "Ginger Pork," we have created a masterpiece by generously coating the meat with a handmade raw sauce made with ginger and grated onion, so much that it hides the meat.

Also Available for Takeout

The "Toriten Gōmori Teishoku," "Shogayaki Teishoku," "Tartar Nanban Teishoku," and "Negishioyaki Teishoku" are also available for takeout as bento boxes. Enjoy the taste of a specialty restaurant according to your needs, whether for dining at home or lunch at the office.

About Karayama, the Karaage Set Meal Specialty Store

The "Ika no Shiokara" (salted squid), which is provided free of charge with set meal orders and is popular for pairing with rice, is one-of-a-kind!

"Karayama" opened its Asakusa Main Store in May 2010. Collaborating with the pork cutlet specialty store "Katsuya," it opened its first "Karaage Set Meal Specialty Store" in Sagamihara City in December 2014, offering "Crispy Thigh Karaage" finished with a "secret special marinating sauce" that brings out the chicken's flavor without using garlic or ginger, a technique known only to a select few, as a side dish for rice, thinking customers would be pleased. In July 2024, the "Shogayaki Teishoku," grilled on a hot teppan with a special rich ginger sauce, was added as a new rice side dish option. Going forward, "Karayama" will continue to strive to provide products and services that satisfy our customers as a karaage specialty store.
