"Sudachi Oroshi no Ryofuu Tarako Spaghetti" with refreshing sudachi and coarse grated daikon radish, to be slurped up refreshingly.
The star of this dish is beautifully arranged sliced sudachi and fresh grated daikon radish. We use special flat noodles that are a perfect match for cold dishes, pursuing a chewy texture and smooth swallowing.
With the first bite, the umami of tarako (cod roe) that melts into the cold dashi broth, the refreshing scent of sudachi, and its pleasant acidity spread throughout your mouth. Furthermore, by mixing in plenty of "green onions" served on a separate plate, "myoga" which adds a crisp textural accent, and a luxurious "extra tarako," the flavor becomes rich and varied until the very last bite. It's a celebratory spaghetti that you can enjoy customizing to your liking.
