Summer Art Aquarium 2026 - Japan's Summer with Goldfish - Photo Contest Held with the Theme "Cherishing Goldfish"!

To commemorate "Summer Art Aquarium 2026 - Japan's Summer with Goldfish -" to be held from Friday, June 26 to Wednesday, September 30, Art Aquarium Museum GINZA (Location/Ginza Mitsukoshi) will hold its annual Instagram photo contest again this year! With the desire for people to love goldfish even more than they do now, this year's photo contest theme is "Cherishing Goldfish." We will be judging in four categories: "Miracle Shot of Goldfish" Division, "Japan's Summer" Division, "Portrait" Division, and "Funny" Division. We look forward to receiving photos that will make viewers love goldfish and Art Aquarium!

When you find your favorite goldfish, feel healed by its elegance, and watch the movements of each one, you will start to feel affection for them. They approach in response to our movements or shadows, sometimes hide as if a little shy, or gaze at us. Please capture and share the "moment your eyes met" with these cute goldfish, or the expressions they showed only to you, in your photos.

Furthermore, this summer, the space itself will become a photo spot. Artworks that beautifully fuse goldfish and Japanese culture will welcome you, such as the "Goldfish Folding Screen Room" woven with traditional beauty, and the "Goldfish Corridor" where hundreds of gyoman-style wind chimes sway refreshingly.

This photo contest, which many customers participate in every year, will select 30 winning entries from the submitted works and present prizes!

"Summer Art Aquarium 2026 - Japan's Summer with Goldfish - " is being held from Friday, June 26, 2026! This year, the "Goldfish Folding Screen Room" makes its debut! "Super Oiran -Yui-" also makes its first appearance in Ginza. Additionally, "Edo Kiriko Hyohin," featuring beautiful traditional cut glass, will be presented! Furthermore, hundreds of wind chimes, a summer tradition, will adorn the "Goldfish Corridor"!
