≪Residential Realities of Car-Sharing Users≫ The primary purpose for using car-sharing services was 'leisure and driving on holidays' at 46.5%. 53.1% of respondents live within a 5-minute walk of a car-sharing station, indicating that stations within their daily living sphere are a factor in choosing a home. 47.8% frequently use 'C2C' (peer-to-peer) car-sharing services. Furthermore, 74.1% expressed a desire to use a feature that searches for properties based on the location of car-sharing stations.
≪Residential Realities of Car Owners≫ 75.8% of car owners use parking facilities attached to their property, with an average monthly fee of 11,650 yen. The average fee for nearby monthly parking is 12,711 yen, showing no significant price difference. Regarding how they found parking, 41.9% responded that they 'searched by walking around the property area.'
≪Demands on Real Estate Agencies≫ Car-sharing users seek information on 'gas station locations' and 'car-sharing station locations,' while car owners tend to prioritize 'vacancy information for attached or nearby parking facilities.'
