Summer Internship for 2028 Graduates: Hands-on Experience in Entertainment & IP Business Product Planning by A3 Co., Ltd.

A3 Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima, Tokyo; CEO: Takashi Ozawa), a company providing diverse products and services utilizing Intellectual Property (IP), has begun recruiting participants for its 1-Day, 4-hour summer internship aimed at four-year university students graduating in 2028.

Responding to feedback from last year's participants who requested more time for collaboration, this year's program has extended group work and socializing sessions by one hour. Additionally, the number of sessions has been significantly increased from 4 to 10 to accommodate more students.

In this program, participants will simulate the process of planning character-themed merchandise. Beyond simply 'creating cute items,' the curriculum focuses on professional viewpoints such as target analysis, market trends, and maximizing the appeal of the IP to develop original product proposals.
