Human Academy to Host 'Hokkaido IT Corporate Joint Briefing' in Sapporo and Online, Commissioned by Hokkaido Government

Human Academy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomonobu Tanaka), an education service provider, has been commissioned by the Hokkaido Government to conduct the 'Hokkaido IT Corporate Joint Briefing' on Saturday, June 13th, in Sapporo. The event will also be streamed online, utilizing the 2D metaverse space 'MetaLife.' This briefing aims to address the urgent need for IT talent in Hokkaido by gathering approximately 20 leading local IT companies for students and job seekers. According to the 'Hokkaido IT Report 2025,' while sales in the local IT industry are growing, 54.7% of companies face a shortage of three or more employees, and 68.0% identify 'talent acquisition and development' as their top management challenge. This project aims to increase the visibility of the local IT industry and support the recruitment and retention of talent in digital fields. The event will feature AI/DX promotion companies and offer career counseling and AI-based personality diagnostics to support participants' career development.
