Launch of Generative AI Practical Training for Temporary Staff: Supporting Skill Acquisition with Job-Oriented Original Training

Human Resocia Co., Ltd., a comprehensive human resources service company, has developed an original training program for temporary staff and begun training administrative staff in generative AI utilization skills. This training is a practical, original program redesigned for temporary staff based on the know-how gained from generative AI training conducted for over 10,000 corporate representatives. It covers everything from basic knowledge to practical application methods tailored to the daily tasks of temporary staff. The training consists of three live online sessions and is free for the company's temporary staff. For fiscal 2026, five terms are planned, including the first term starting on June 23, with 500 participants expected. With the spread of generative AI, the skills required for administrative roles are changing, and there is a growing need for the ability to use AI appropriately and safely to improve work efficiency and productivity. Job openings requiring AI-related tools have increased by more than 1.5 times every year since fiscal 2022, and it is expected that temporary staff working in administrative roles will increasingly use AI in their daily tasks. The training program 'Gen-Pro Light,' developed under the concept of 'Enjoy, Try, and Expand,' incorporates practical application scenarios such as Excel-based work efficiency and banner creation into its curriculum. The company also plans to introduce advanced courses in the future.
