Human Academy Adds AI-Powered 'Career Tendency Assessment' to Assist Biz for Youth Retention

Human Academy Co., Ltd., which operates educational businesses, has implemented a new 'Career Tendency Assessment' feature in its talent development platform, 'Assist Biz (assist for business).'

This new feature automatically determines an individual's career orientation by combining results from the existing 'AI Personality Assessment' with the 'AI Mandala Chart(R),' which visualizes goals and action plans. This goes beyond traditional Learning Management Systems (LMS) by visualizing employees' career values, growth directions, and work preferences, thereby facilitating better team building and mutual understanding within organizations.

Human Academy will exhibit at the '25th HR & Accounting Week,' held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 17 (Wed) to 19 (Fri), 2026, where they will provide comprehensive demonstrations of this feature at booth E14-29.
