Honeywell is proceeding with a global restructuring of its business divisions. We are pleased to announce that the PSS (Productivity Solutions) division of Japan Honeywell GK will be transferred to a newly established company, "PSS JAPAN GK", effective May 1, 2026, and will operate its business there.
