'BANKAKU KITCHEN' to Open at Matsuzakaya Nagoya Store on June 10

Bankaku Sohonpo Co., Ltd. will open the second permanent store of its takeout shop 'BANKAKU KITCHEN,' which specializes in shrimp-based food menus, at the Matsuzakaya Nagoya store. The opening date is Wednesday, June 10, 2026, located in the 'Gochiso Paradise' on the basement floor of the Matsuzakaya Nagoya main building. Upon opening, new menu items exclusive to the Matsuzakaya Nagoya store will be introduced, including 'Gourmet Seafood Pilaf with Large Ingredients,' 'Harmony of Selected Ingredients: Shrimp Gourmet Croquette,' and 'Bankaku Egg Fluffy Castella.' For two weeks after the opening, various campaigns will be held, such as novelty giveaways for purchases and the sale of value-packed bags. Founded in 1889, Bankaku Sohonpo is known for its signature shrimp cracker, 'Yukari.' This new store will offer new flavors as a shrimp expert.
