To continue my activities honestly at the core of my heart, no matter the circumstances. For the past few years, I've been putting myself last.
I became so absorbed in raising my children and nurturing my students that before I knew it, my mental and physical condition deteriorated, and even teaching dance and ballet, and raising my children became a struggle.
From that experience, I realized firsthand that "first, being healthy myself leads to giving back to those around me. I can respond to those who support me in a better way."
As I studied molecular nutrition and resumed training and rehearsals, I realized that what is good for the body is also good for the mind. Nutrients such as protein, iron, and minerals are an important foundation that supports mental and physical health. BASE FOOD is a reassuring presence that allows me to easily obtain such important nutrients. BASE bread and cookies have saved me many times when I couldn't find time to eat due to filming, stage performances, teaching, or rehearsals. My favorites are the coconut-flavored cookies and the milk and maple flavored bread. Recently, I've also come to like the strawberry flavor!
I tend to pour energy into others and sacrifice myself. That's why I've decided to face myself more from now on and focus on solo activities that involve expression and creation. I have newly adopted the artist name "Noir Sae" and, with the cooperation of photographer KANA, hair and makeup artist TACA, and lighting artist Shida, I held a Photo Session with the theme "Light in the Darkness."
This profile picture is a piece born from that session. I have created numerous stage productions over the years. And now, for the first time, I am proceeding with my own solo exhibition and video project. It is a challenge to weave together messages and expressions that I have nurtured for many years to create a single world. Honestly, even as I write this, my hands tremble with fear and nervousness.
With BASE FOOD, I will continue to weave expressions, enjoying everything calmly while nurturing my mind and body.
