TECHPLA, a project team under BBmedia Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinichi Sano), which specializes in digital content and experience design using technology, implemented the overall exhibition concept and showcased the interactive AI content 'EARTH COUTURE ver.YEAST' at the 'YEASTrip: Travel and Books' exhibition held at Shibuya YEAST Gallery on March 27-28, 2026. [Exhibition Concept: YEASTrip: Travel and Books] Since 2018, YEAST Gallery has been showcasing diverse artist expressions and workshops. BBmedia positioned the gallery's history as a 'journey,' creating a concept with a positive message of 'new departure.' While respecting the history, they designed a spatial experience that encourages visitors to step into a new world (destination) using their experience here as fuel. [Interactive AI Content: EARTH COUTURE ver.YEAST] Featured as the highlight of the exhibition, 'EARTH COUTURE ver.YEAST' is a generative AI work where individual sensibility serves as a guide to 'where to go next.' When a visitor chooses a 'color' that matches their current mood and takes a photo, the AI reconstructs the beauty of natural forms to generate and present 'future fashion' that makes the person feel like they are returning to nature. By linking the visitor's inner emotions with the essence of travel—'encountering the unknown'—it fostered expectations for the next step and provided an experience that creates exciting encounters. [Future Development and Promotion] With its high messaging and intuitive experience design, this work can be utilized in a wide range of scenes: - Deepening brand experiences: Converting product or project concepts into a form that AI 'wears,' providing personalized experiences deeply etched in visitors' memories. - SNS diffusion and engagement: Generated digital incentives (images/videos) are perfect for sharing on SNS as well as taking home as memories. - Diverse location support: Can be deployed as a tool to intuitively deliver 'new values' regardless of the target, such as tourism promotion, commercial facility events, and brand concept exhibitions.
