Popular 'Pro Salon'
About the Professional Academy Department
The Professional Academy department is an ultra-practical discipline that only students who have completed a two-year cosmetology course and obtained a national beautician's license can enter. The 'Pro Salon' located on campus offers haircuts starting at 500 yen and is so popular that it is difficult to get a reservation. By handling many customers daily, students cultivate the ability to respond to various requests and situations, ensuring they are job-ready beauticians before graduation.
Field Response
During this Kobe Festival appearance, field responses that are rarely experienced in normal salon operations were required, such as dealing with sweat caused by the intense heat and frequent hat wearing/removal. Even under these difficult conditions, the students utilized the practical training from the Professional Academy to complete the services carefully and promptly.
During the sessions, the students and the Sun TV Girls chatted amicably. Once again, it was evident that the students maintained professional awareness by providing reliable technology while prioritizing communication with their clients. The Sun TV Girls were very pleased with the results, making it a valuable experience for the students.
