Belgian Beer Weekend 2026 Yokohama: Savor 101 Types of Beer and Belgian Cuisine at Yamashita Park from May 21st

The Belgian Beer Weekend Organizing Committee will hold Belgian Beer Weekend 2026 Yokohama (BBW Yokohama) for four days from May 21 (Thu) to 24 (Sun) at Yamashita Park in Yokohama.

This year, BBW Yokohama will feature 101 types of Belgian beer across 15 styles. Visitors can enjoy the weekend atmosphere of Belgium while sipping beer under the clear early summer sky and the pleasant sea breeze of Yamashita Park.

In terms of food, the event offers a wide array of over 40 attractive dishes, including the famous frites (essential for BBW), Belgian favorites like fricandel and boulettes, various flavored sausages and cheeses that pair perfectly with beer, and Belgian waffles for dessert.

On the stage, a Belgian MC will lead fun and interesting talks centered on Belgian culture, incorporating quizzes and games. During the weekend, live performances by the band "Sugarbunny," visiting from Belgium, will liven up the venue. Enjoy the music with a beer in hand.
