Starting June 10, 2026, we will begin sales of our summer-limited product, the 'Chocolate Mint Peanut Daifuku.'

To enhance the natural deliciousness of fruit, Benzaiten has continued to refine the softness and melt-in-your-mouth quality of its gyuhi (mochi).

The goal is to wrap delicate fruit securely in a thin, soft layer.

Upon entering your mouth, the mochi should dissolve quietly while highlighting the star ingredient—the fruit.

Born from this technique is our summer-limited treat, the 'Chocolate Mint Daifuku.'

We have created a deep, rich flavor profile by combining a smooth ganache made with Hokkaido-produced cream with savory roasted peanuts.

To this, we have added mint, which makes an impression with its vibrant blue color and refreshing coolness.

Benzaiten’s signature thin, smooth, and stretchy mochi gently wraps around the flavors of chocolate and mint.
