Bikkuri Donkey Introduces Limited-Time 'Natsugori Soft' Topped with Rich Hokkaido Soft-Serve from May 27 (Wed)

Aleph Inc., which operates the hamburger restaurant chain 'Bikkuri Donkey,' will launch two types of 'Natsugori Soft' (Summer Ice Soft), featuring fruit-infused shaved ice topped with their signature Hokkaido soft-serve, for a limited time starting May 27 (Wed).

With the desire for customers to 'enjoy fruit-infused ice alongside our signature soft-serve during the upcoming warm season,' two flavors will be introduced: 'Natsugori Soft (Strawberry),' drizzled with fruit-filled strawberry sauce, and 'Natsugori Soft (Dragon Fruit & Mango),' featuring mango ice topped with fruit-filled dragon fruit sauce.

● Natsugori Soft (Strawberry) This is Bikkuri Donkey's original shaved ice, made by mixing strawberry pulp into the ice and topping it with Hokkaido soft-serve and fruit-filled strawberry sauce.

● Natsugori Soft (Dragon Fruit & Mango) This original shaved ice features mango pulp mixed into the ice, topped with Hokkaido soft-serve and a fruit-filled dragon fruit sauce, offering a colorful and tropical taste perfect for the warm season.
