BizReach, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Tetsuya Sakai) has launched 'HRMOS Learning' today as a new learning management system for its internal talent mobility platform, 'Internal BizReach by HRMOS' (hereinafter 'Internal BizReach'), which helps prevent talent attrition through internal scouting※1. HRMOS Learning allows employees to identify the skills they lack for their desired internal positions and suggests optimal learning content to bridge those gaps. In the future, the system will enable talent placement based on an employee's learning history data. By facilitating promotions and transfers that align with an employee's own motivation and career aspirations, the system promotes autonomous learning, presents attractive career options, and supports the creation of a workplace where employees want to stay. ※1 HRMOS Learning is a paid optional feature. ■ As support for autonomous career development grows, placement based on 'individual growth motivation' becomes as important as existing skills With the increasing emphasis on human capital management, more companies are introducing internal job postings and internal scouting to support autonomous career development※2. However, employees often struggle to accurately identify the skills and experience needed for desired internal positions, making it difficult to take concrete action. Furthermore, even when employees complete e-learning, there is often no mechanism to utilize that learning history for talent placement, such as promotions or transfers. Consequently, high-performing talent with strong growth motivation often concludes that they cannot build their desired career internally and chooses to leave the company. To realize talent placement that reflects an employee's motivation and orientation, it is essential to have a system where employees can visualize the gap between their current skills and those required for their target roles, and where learning history data can be directly utilized for talent management. ■ Launching via Internal BizReach: Visualizing skill gaps and enabling future talent placement based on learning history Launched in January 2025, Internal BizReach utilizes generative AI trained on external labor market data to visualize 'Internal Resumes' (detailing an employee's background, skills, and experience) and 'Internal Position Requirements.' With the new HRMOS Learning, employees can identify missing skills based on specific position requirements and receive recommendations for optimal learning content. Additionally, it allows for centralized management of both internal and external training records. In the future, the system plans to implement a feature where skills acquired through learning content are automatically reflected in the 'Internal Resume' based on course completion history. This will enable matching based on an employee's learning motivation. By promoting autonomous learning and providing career opportunities based on growth-oriented behavioral data, we support the creation of a company where employees feel motivated to continue their careers. Learning content is provided in collaboration with 'GLOBIS Unlimited,' a video learning service for systematic business knowledge, and 'Udemy Business,' a flat-rate online learning platform for corporations.
