Amidst soaring sales prices for detached houses and condominiums, demand for rental housing remains strong, particularly in urban areas. In recent years, there has been a growing trend, especially among families, to choose rental housing, with demand expanding for rental properties offering spacious living areas and comprehensive amenities.

At this exhibition, under the theme "A Step Further in Comfort for Rental Housing," we will showcase products by scene, focusing on smartphone operation of the partition product "Place Swing" and the electric product "Home Takos."

Furthermore, we will exhibit the fully custom line "FIRSTAGE" launched by our group company, Tachikawa Kikoh Co., Ltd. As the Tachikawa Blind Group, we will propose value-up plans for rental properties.
