BloomAct Co., Ltd. (CEO: Takashi Takano, HQ: Tsukuba, Ibaraki) held a signing ceremony with Nakanoto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture (Mayor: Tameyuki Miyashita) on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, to conclude a comprehensive partnership agreement regarding the document-to-video service "SPOKES."

Based on this agreement, the town will utilize SPOKES to advance and streamline information dissemination for residents. Simultaneously, both parties will work on building an information infrastructure that contributes to reconstruction support and the strengthening of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in disaster-affected areas.

Mayor Miyashita of Nakanoto Town expressed his expectations, stating, "Procedures and support systems related to reconstruction tend to be complex, and there were situations where traditional text-based communication was insufficient. We believe that using video will promote better understanding." He also emphasized the convenience of being able to watch videos repeatedly regardless of time or location, and their effectiveness for staff training.

Takashi Takano, CEO of BloomAct, commented, "SPOKES allows users to convert existing materials such as PowerPoint into high-quality videos with narration simply by uploading them, without the need for filming or recording. We believe we can deliver important information that the government wants to reach residents in a form that is accurately understood." He also expressed his commitment to reducing the workload of government staff and improving the quality of administrative services.

The partnership covers four main areas: (1) DX promotion, (2) strengthening information dissemination, (3) human resource development, and (4) other matters related to improving resident services and regional revitalization. Both parties aim to realize a "communicative government" in Japanese and multiple languages, contributing to sustainable town development.
