About the Survey Results

The "Survey Results on the Performance of Appropriately Certified Businesses (Service Quality Survey)," published as a commissioned project by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, is a satisfaction survey conducted on "appropriately certified businesses" that have already been certified under the "Certification System for Appropriately Certified Paid Employment Introduction Businesses in the Medical, Nursing Care, and Childcare Fields," which certifies employment introduction businesses that meet certain standards. The survey was conducted and published with the aim of "visualizing performance, etc." to evaluate service quality from the perspective of hiring businesses and to serve as a reference for hiring businesses when using introduction businesses.

In this survey, a total of 54 appropriately certified businesses were evaluated. Among them, the results of companies with 30 or more responses were aggregated for the publication of the survey results to ensure statistical reliability. The Company has been certified as an appropriate business since the first round, and in this survey, it was selected as one of the top 3 companies with particularly high evaluations among the companies included in this aggregation, in the following 4 categories:

[Promotion of Appropriate Employment Introduction in the Medical, Nursing Care, and Childcare Fields and SMS's Initiatives]

The "Certification System for Appropriately Certified Paid Employment Introduction Businesses in the Medical, Nursing Care, and Childcare Fields," operated as a commissioned project by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, is a system aimed at improving the quality of matching and optimizing operations among paid employment introduction businesses. SMS Co., Ltd. was certified as an appropriate business for the first time in November 2021.

In addition, as an employment introduction business for medical professionals, we launched the "Medical Introduction Council (currently the Medical, Nursing Care, and Childcare Introduction Council)" in 2015 as a subordinate organization of the "Japan Association for Employment Agencies," with SMS Co., Ltd. serving as the representative director. This was done with the aim of improving the service quality of the entire industry and enhancing trust from workers and society as a whole.
