BRANU Inc., a company operating a construction DX platform, has added a 'Whiteboard' feature to the construction management function of its integrated business tool 'CAREECON Plus,' allowing users to check workforce assignment status at a glance.

[Development Background] On construction sites, especially for small-scale or short-term projects, flexible allocation changes are needed due to sudden absences or weather. Previously, management was done through physical whiteboards or spreadsheets, which posed challenges in information sharing and recording.

[Functionality] The 'Whiteboard' lists project process information and member assignments, visualizing workforce allocation. Sudden schedule changes are reflected and notified instantly, preventing communication gaps.

In this update, the following views were added for monitoring allocation: - Whiteboard: Centralizes workforce assignments. - Gantt Chart: Tracks the number of assigned personnel throughout the project. - Calendar: Checks work schedules and staff per date.

The company plans to develop an AI-driven replacement recommendation feature in the future. The tool currently has over 6,200 contract companies.
