The journey begins in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Muga Tsukaji (from the comedy duo Drunk Dragon) first visited the 25-story, 112-meter tall Kawasaki City Hall. After enjoying the city view from the sky deck, he headed to Musashi-Kosugi, a district lined with tower mansions.

'Minatoan,' which has been in Musashi-Kosugi for 17 years, is a popular chain with 17 locations throughout Kanagawa. Upon seeing the food samples outside, Tsukaji was amazed by the 'Fujiyama-mori' (Mt. Fuji portion) soba. With a weight of about 1kg and serving approximately 4 people, its impact is undeniable. Tsukaji ordered the restaurant's recommended 'Tsuke-Ten' (soba with tempura) in a regular size. He was thrilled with the freshly fried, hot tempura, the freshly made noodles from their own factory, and the carefully crafted soup stock, saying, 'This is so good I could do it for two weeks straight. Let's come back.'

For the second stop, the program heads to Umejima, Tokyo, for an encore broadcast of a scientifically crafted bowl by a dedicated shop owner.
