Buffalo Inc. has donated USB Type-C docking stations, the 'LUD-U3-CGC series,' which allow multiple peripherals to be connected at once, to new students entering university in April 2026, supporting the digital transformation of university education. In recent years, the use of PCs has become essential in universities for classes, assignments, research, and job hunting. On the other hand, with the diversification of learning environments, the increase in peripherals connected to PCs and the complexity of connecting and switching them have become issues. Based on this background, we donated these products with the aim of contributing to the development of a learning environment where students can use their PCs more comfortably. We held a presentation ceremony at the University of Tokyo on Friday, May 29, 2026, and donated 3,200 'LUD-U3-CGCBK' docking stations. After the donation list was presented to Atsushi Tsuda, Executive Vice President of the University of Tokyo, by Watanabe, COO of Buffalo, we received words of gratitude for this support.
