PLUS Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tadahisa Imaizumi) will publish the vol. 13 catalog for its 'Smart Nursing Care' (Smart Kaigo) platform on June 1, 2026. The platform aims to resolve all issues at nursing and welfare facilities, from procurement to management and field support.

In the management support category, the catalog features 22 curated services, including the newly added 'Smart Nursing Care Delivery Service' in system collaboration with Yamato Transport. Other featured services include 'Homesapo' for ICT implementation support, 'Kaiteku' for care and nursing staff matching, and 'End-of-life Support Services' by Tear Corporation.

For product sales, the catalog lists approximately 24,000 selected items. Additionally, 'Smart Nursing Care Web' offers over 17 million items through 'Mitsukaru Mart,' an EC site integration with external suppliers, receiving high praise for its extensive lineup and next-day nationwide delivery (excluding some areas and backorder items). 'COREIL Fresh,' a same-day delivery service for fresh foods launched in response to facility residents' requests, has expanded its coverage to the Kanto, Chubu, and Kinki regions.

Moving forward, 'Smart Nursing Care' aims to expand from 'goods' to 'services,' creating an environment where staff can focus on their primary care duties by improving operational efficiency and supporting managers, staff, residents, and their families.

**Same-day Delivery of Fresh Food: COREIL Fresh** The 'COREIL' shopping support service for residents has evolved. 'COREIL Fresh,' which delivers dairy products, fruits, and bread on the same day, has been well-received. In collaboration with the online supermarket 'ONIGO,' it started in the Tokyo metropolitan area in January 2025 and has now expanded to approximately 100 stores across the Kanto, Chubu, and Kinki regions. Orders placed by 15:00 are delivered the same day, improving residents' QOL and reducing staff burdens for shopping and billing. Further expansion is planned.

**Management Support with ICT Service 'Homesapo' for 2027 Reform** With the 2027 Nursing Care Insurance Reform approaching, the pressure for productivity improvement is accelerating. In collaboration with B-Brid, a specialist in nursing DX support, 'Smart Nursing Care' began offering 'Homesapo' in March 2026. This monthly service provides help desks, ICT consulting, and system implementation support. It also strongly backs up the 'Productivity Improvement Promotion System Addition' and the establishment of productivity improvement committees.

**Easy Online Pickup Request: 'Smart Nursing Care Delivery Service'** Launched in January 2026, this system collaboration with Yamato Transport allows pickup requests for regular and refrigerated parcels directly from the 'Smart Nursing Care Web.' It eliminates the need for handwritten shipping labels and the burden of staff taking heavy packages to convenience stores or handling reimbursement. It can also integrate with 'COREIL' to bill shipping costs alongside product purchases.
