Ancora Launches Limited-Edition 'Fountain Pen Set Napolitan'

Ancora, the Ginza-based stationery store co-operated by Plus Corporation and The Sailor Pen Co., Ltd., will launch the 'Limited-Edition Fountain Pen Set Napolitan' on May 29, 2026 (Fri) at 11:00 a.m. at both its Ginza flagship store and online shop. Advance telephone reservations for the Ginza store began today, May 22, 2026.

The third installment of the 'Retro Cafe Ancora' series is inspired by Napolitan spaghetti.

The pen, based on the signature 'Professional Gear Slim' series, is designed to evoke the classic cafe dish. Its red and orange body represents the pasta sauce, with the cap and tail plugs stylized as green peppers and mushrooms, and metal parts mimicking silver cutlery.

The green cap top features a gold-foiled sliced green pepper design. The 14K gold nib is engraved with a 'tako-san wiener' (octopus-shaped sausage) accent.

Five nib widths are available, ranging from Extra Fine (EF) to Broad (B).

The set includes a newly blended orange ink inspired by Napolitan, and an ink converter featuring an illustration of the pasta ingredients.

Price: 51,700 yen (including tax; 47,000 yen excluding tax).
