Media Event Held for "48th GOLVI Sapporo Open," Aiming for a New Era of Regional Tournaments

Beyond Properties Inc. (Tokyo) held a media event on May 19, 2026, at the Hokkaido Golf Club, the venue for the "48th GOLVI Sapporo Open Pro-Am Tournament" to be held on July 18 and 19. In addition to media representatives, golf YouTubers, influencers, and creators rounded the course to experience the charm of the prestigious Hokkaido course, followed by a press conference discussing the future of regional opens. The Sapporo Open, which boasts a history of nearly half a century, will evolve starting with the 48th tournament, focusing on "History x Content Creation." At the press conference, organizer Junichiro Noto and tournament ambassador pro golfer Azuma Yano shared their passion for "changing Japan's golf culture from Hokkaido." Golf talent Namiki also pledged cooperation in spreading the word via SNS.
