The 'Traditional Hotcake' is carefully hand-baked one by one on a special copper plate after an order is received, with a strict attention to temperature and time. Because the copper plate conducts heat evenly, the outside is finished crispy and fragrant, while the inside has a plump and moist texture. We also use originally developed mixed flour. By blending multiple sugars, we have achieved a flavor that allows you to enjoy a rich body and a lingering aftertaste.
