Cacaotier Gokan, a chocolate specialist based in Koraibashi, Osaka, has announced the launch of its 2026 summer collection 'Cacao Double,' starting May 1. Utilizing their signature 'BEAN TO BAR' process—where every step from roasting raw beans to tempering is handled in-house—the new sweets feature two distinct layers: a couverture chocolate mousse and a complementary fruit gelee. The lineup includes three pairings: Dominican Cacao with Italian Blood Orange, Madagascar Cacao with Strawberry and Raspberry, and Brazilian Cacao with Mango. Available at their Koraibashi main store, KITTE Osaka store, and online shop for 540 yen per unit.
