The Fukuoka Foreign Trade Association (FFTA) will host an "India Business Practical Seminar" on June 9, 2026, at the Consulate General of India in Fukuoka.
India is attracting significant attention as a future destination for overseas expansion due to its population scale, economic growth, industrial clustering, and human resource supply. However, it is also a market where it is difficult for SMEs to capture a clear path to success. This seminar will introduce the challenges faced by Japanese companies, success strategies, and practical know-how for market entry.
On the day, in addition to an opening address by Consul General Ramkumar of the Consulate General of India in Fukuoka, Mr. Akhilesh Ayer and Mr. Makoto Yuasa from Cactus Communications, and Mr. Noboru Shimizu from Sankyu Inc. will speak and share practical insights based on their field experience.
Seminar Overview Date and Time: June 9, 2026 (Tuesday), 14:00–17:30 Venue: Consulate General of India, Fukuoka (1-3 Nakasu-Nakashimacho, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka) Participation Fee: Free (limited to the first 80 people) Application Deadline: June 4, 2026 (Thursday)
