CalTa to Release Experiential Content Creation Service 'TRANCITY ARCADE' Utilizing 3D Field Data This Summer

Overview CalTa Inc., a provider of digital twin platforms for infrastructure, announced the joint development with CAD Center Corp. of a new experiential content creation service called 'TRANCITY ARCADE', scheduled for release in Summer 2026.

TRANCITY ARCADE leverages point cloud data and 3D models managed on CalTa's digital twin platform, 'TRANCITY Nebula', to build interactive content for training, education, exhibition, and facility navigation.

Background Industries today face an urgent need to transmit expert knowledge and safety training materials more clearly and continuously. However, 3D content creation often requires high-level expertise and poses challenges regarding cost and time when outsourced as standard gamification development projects.

By combining CalTa's 3D data processing capabilities with CAD Center's advanced visualization technology, this service provides an environment where gamification content can be built using 3D field data without specialized gaming knowledge.

Key Features - Intuitive Content Creation: Route setting, object placement, and quiz configuration can be done via a dedicated editor. - Leveraging 3D Data: Recreates actual sites and surroundings using point cloud data, 3D models from TRANCITY Nebula, and Google Maps terrain data. - Cost-Effective and Fast Deployment: Compared to traditional custom development, it offers easier implementation using predefined standard features. - Device Compatibility: Runs on PCs, with future plans to support VR goggles and controllers.
