Candeo Hospitality Management, Inc. will hold its "THE C's SKY DINING SUMMER BUFFET 2026," a limited-time buffet featuring abundant seasonal summer ingredients, from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026. The event will take place at the company's direct-managed restaurant, THE C's SKY DINING, inside Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower. A special five-day event will also be held to commemorate the hotel's second anniversary.

Located on the 17th floor of Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower, THE C's SKY DINING is an all-day dining restaurant offering panoramic views of Osaka's cityscape through its large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The restaurant operates on a buffet system at all times, serving a wide variety of handmade dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients from across Japan. The lunch and dinner buffets specialize in authentic Italian cuisine, emphasizing ingredients from Hokkaido and seasonal produce, which can be enjoyed with a curated selection of wines.

Featured Seasonal Buffet Menu The signature dish is "THE C's SKY PIZZA," a voluminous pizza approximately 3cm thick. The dough is pan-fried, topped with seasonal ingredients and cheese, then baked a second time in a special oven, creating both a fluffy and crispy texture. Other offerings include "Candeo Hotels' Special Spice Curry and Summer Vegetable Pizza" and "Kamaage Shirasu (freshly boiled whitebait) and Ooba Leaf Pizza."

For dessert, the buffet will feature items made with white peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture, such as "White Peach Layered Cake" and "Panna Cotta with White Peach Sauce." Other dishes designed to engage all five senses include "Shrimp and Clam Tomato Sauce Pasta."
