(Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi), in collaboration with Koura Oil Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka; President: Yoshio Koura), will open "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Oimachi Tracks" on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the large-scale complex "OIMACHI TRACKS," directly connected to Oimachi Station, on Saturday, March 28, 2026. "OIMACHI TRACKS," where the TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE will be located, is a large-scale complex directly connected to JR Oimachi Station, developed as an "urban life co-creation hub" where local communities, businesses, and the government collaborate to generate new value. It is expected to become a new regional hub, integrating commercial facilities, hotels, residences, offices, a cinema, and public plazas. With the concept of "a place where ON and OFF coexist," TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Oimachi Tracks aims to be a space that balances the "ON" side—stimulating creativity for those working in the area—and the "OFF" side—enriching the lifestyles of local residents. The 2nd floor will feature a "BOOK & CAFE" where customers can enjoy selecting books alongside Starbucks coffee. The 3rd floor will include a "SHARE LOUNGE," a space designed for generating and sharing ideas, serving as a comfortable environment for work, meetings, or as a cafe and bar. ■ Features of TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Oimachi Tracks 2nd Floor: BOOK & CAFE The store will offer approximately 1,500 titles focused on marketing trends and professional skill development, as well as about 1,400 lifestyle books, with a focus on children's literature. It will also carry stationery for business use and lifestyle goods for relaxing at home, providing a wide range of products that cater to both the "ON" needs of local workers and the "OFF" lifestyle needs of residents.
Additionally, the in-store Starbucks will allow customers to enjoy the "BOOK & CAFE" experience, browsing books while enjoying their coffee.
