Centara Grand Hotel Osaka Appoints Jun Hyong Lee as New Director of Food & Beverage

Centara Grand Hotel Osaka (located in Naniwa-ku, Osaka; General Manager: Andy Noh), a flagship property of Thailand's leading hotel group, Centara Hotels & Resorts, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jun Hyong Lee as Director of Food & Beverage, effective March 1, 2026.

Lee brings more than 15 years of experience in the global food and beverage industry. He is tasked with further elevating the hotel's dining experiences through the development of innovative dining concepts and exceptional operations. His career includes leadership roles in luxury hotel brands and global corporate dining operations, spanning restaurant management, banqueting, and catering.

In his new role, Lee will oversee all F&B departments within the hotel, including its eight restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services. General Manager Andy Noh commented: 'We are delighted to welcome Jun Hyong Lee.
