Central Medience Supply Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nerima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Sora Kawanishi; hereinafter "the Company"), under the Central Medience Group (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryutaro Nakagawa), announced today, May 11, that it has acquired all shares of B-Side Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka; Representative Director: Koichi Sakurai; hereinafter "B-Side") and its affiliated company Live Through Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Live Through"), making them wholly owned subsidiaries.

Background and Purpose of this Acquisition

The Company has been striving to build an efficient medical supply chain through the wholesale distribution of medical materials and devices to medical institutions.

B-Side and Live Through, which will now become part of the group, have accumulated extensive experience and achievements in PCI, EVT, shunt PTA, and vascular treatment over many years, earning deep trust from many medical institutions for their handling of highly specialized medical devices. They have also made significant contributions to the advancement of medicine through their "academic conference management business," utilizing their unique know-how.

By combining the strengths of these two companies, we aim to create the following powerful synergy effects and contribute even further to medical institutions.
