Report on the 2026 Joint Entrance Ceremony

Century 21 Japan, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yusuke Kosaka; hereinafter "the Company") held its 2026 joint entrance ceremony on Thursday, April 2, at the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).

This year again, new employees from the Century 21 headquarters and franchise stores, primarily from the Kanto region, gathered together to celebrate the joining of new colleagues across the entire group. This annual ceremony has become established as an important opportunity to foster a sense of belonging to the Century 21 Group and to take the first step as a working adult.

On the day of the event, powerful words of encouragement were offered to the new employees by our President, Yusuke Kosaka, and representatives of the franchise stores. In addition, Kane Kosugi, who has served as our image character for many years, took the stage as a special guest and gave a warm congratulatory address. The venue was enveloped in a celebratory mood with a fresh statement of aspirations by the representative of the new employees and the presentation of commemorative gifts.
