CGO.com Introduces "Gal-style®︎ 1on1" to NOK Corporation to Boost Employee Self-Efficacy

CGO.com (President: Bubbly, hereinafter "CGO.com") has provided a program including "Gal-style®︎ 1on1*1" to NOK Corporation (Representative: Masao Tsuru, President and CEO, Group CEO), specifically for its R&D Idea Factory Department (hereinafter "Idea Factory Department"). This initiative aims to enhance the self-efficacy of each employee and enable them to proactively promote new business themes.

NOK Corporation, which commissioned this program, is a manufacturing company that provides technologies and products to various industrial fields, including mobility and electronic devices.

In the Idea Factory Department, efforts are being made to create new business ideas using existing technologies and to promote themes born from those ideas. It was believed that for proactive and autonomous promotion, it is crucial for each employee to have passion for their ideas.

Therefore, CGO.com first conducted "Gal-style Brainstorm®︎*2" in October 2025. This initiative aimed to encourage proactive thinking and opinion sharing in an environment where everyone could engage in flat dialogue.

Furthermore, to apply the spontaneous mindset cultivated through "Gal-style Brainstorm®︎" to actual work, the "Gal-style®︎ 1on1" program began in December 2025.

This program involves confirming and organizing the progress of themes each participant is promoting, while also positively affirming participants' actions through "Gals," leading to increased confidence, motivation, and sustained passion for their themes.
