On Friday, February 27, we served as the underwriter and financial agent for Shoei Co., Ltd.'s "SDGs Private Placement Bond (Regional Support Type)." A portion of the fees from this issuance will be used to donate nursing beds to Umikaze Co., Ltd. (operator of the nursing home Kizuna) under the joint names of the company and our bank.
