Inspired by the classic Taiwanese 'Watermelon Milk,' these beverages blend refreshing jasmine tea, watermelon puree, and milk. A hint of salt is added to enhance the watermelon's natural sweetness. It features a mellow soup made from chicken broth and soy milk, accented with the refreshing acidity of fresh lemon. - **Chilled Soy Milk Mala-tang** (¥1,320): A new addition this year. This dish offers a perfect balance of spicy mala spices and smooth soy milk.
